To check for updates on your laptop:

Register for a Schoology Parent Account (Regístrese para obtener una cuenta para padres de Schoology)
Parents create a Schoology account by using a Parent Access Code available from any of your student's teachers. All your children can be connected to one parent login; each child will have a separate Parent Access Code. (See below.) The code should look similar to 1A2E-B3C4-5KD6. (Spanish: Los padres crean una cuenta de Schoology utilizando un código de acceso para padres disponible de cualquiera de los maestros de su estudiante. Todos sus hijos pueden conectarse al inicio de sesión de un padre; Cada niño tendrá un código de acceso para padres por separado. (Consulte a continuación). Add children to your Schoology Parent Account (Agregar niños a su cuenta para padres de Schoology)
If you already have a parent account in Schoology for one child, you can add additional children to your account. To add additional children, please follow these steps (Si ya tiene una cuenta de padre en Schoology para un niño, puede agregar niños adicionales a su cuenta. Locked/Blocked Account
Due to increasing Microsoft account lockouts, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will now be turned on for ALL Employees and Students. Users will have to install and configure the Microsoft Authenticator App on their personal device in order to gain access to BISD resources.
If a user gets blocked after MFA has been configured, they will get prompted for approval on their phones to authorize the logon. This will prevent unauthorized access to any BISD Accounts and prevent students from doing their school work. Users should be aware not to approve random MFA Authorizations that have not been triggered by them.

Note:
If a user is blocked and has successfully passed MFA authorization, they will be allowed to use their BISD Microsoft recourses. However, please be aware that blocked users will continue to be at a RISKY state and continue to be blocked by Microsoft until they call District IT office to get unblocked.

***IMPORTANT***
If you have a laptop and you take the device to another campus or office, then you must turn off your laptop. This will allow your WIFI certificate to renew when you arrive at the other campus or office. Otherwise, your WIFI Access will not function.
